Howard Burns

Howard received his music education degree from Howard University and graduate degree from the Royal Conservatory of Music in Belgium. Mr. Burns has been to Music Instructor and Director for the Fredrick Community College Jazz Ensemble since 1990. Howard has participated in numerous Jazz Festivals and Music Clinics throughout Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia and West Virginia.
